Mindfulness Can Cultivate The Courage Within Us

When faced with a risky scenario, such as bungee jumping, our minds tend to think of the worst possible outcome. This wandering of the mind can be good or bad. Living outside of the moment can be beneficial to us. But, it is also important to have a balance. Mindfulness helps us to retain that balance and helps us to be unbiased about an event. Seeing things for what they are can reduce stress and anxiety and, so also, courage.
